5. How long we retain your data
Your account information is kept for three years from your last login to the platform, based on MonetaiQ's legitimate interest in maintaining your account during periods of inactivity.
Records from financial transactions (such as invoices and contracts) are retained for 6 years, in line with applicable legal requirements.
Personal data collected through our newsletter service is retained for as long as the service exists, or until you withdraw your consent.
