Everything in every Plan

Monthly volume is what you pay for. Daily and per-minute rate limits protect throughput — they don't add allowance.

Where the financials come from

Balance sheets, income statements, cash flow and P&L, taken straight from official registry filings and stock exchange disclosures — then normalised into one schema across every market.

What counts as a call

Searches and identifier lookups are free. Your monthly allowance is drawn down only when you retrieve a company's full financials.

Going over your plan

Hit your daily rate limit and the API returns a 429 with a reset time. Nothing is billed above your plan without you upgrading first.

Questions before you subscribe

What counts as a financial report?

One report is one company's full financial record: balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, P&L and the ratios derived from them, across every year we hold. Pulling the same company again in the same billing period doesn't draw down your allowance a second time.

What happens when I hit my daily rate limit?

The API returns a 429 with a header telling you when the window resets. Nothing breaks and nothing is charged — requests resume automatically at reset. If you're hitting the ceiling regularly, that's the signal to move up a plan.

Do unused reports roll over to the next month?

No. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period. If your volume is seasonal or arrives in bursts, talk to us instead of paying for a plan sized to your peak month.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel mid-cycle?

Upgrade at any time and the new allowance applies immediately, prorated against what you've already paid. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No exit fees and no notice period.

How many years of financial history are included?

Every plan returns the full history we hold for that company — we don't gate years by tier. Depth varies by market and by how long the registry has published accounts, and it's returned in the response so you always know what you have.

Which markets are covered?

Financials on 400M+ private companies and 60,000 public listed companies, drawn from official registries and stock exchanges. Filing requirements differ by country, so coverage depth varies — check the data dictionary for a market-by-market breakdown before you commit.

How often are the financials updated?

We collect from each source on its own publication cycle, so a company's record updates when its registry or exchange publishes, not on a fixed schedule we impose. Each response carries the source and the date it was filed.

Can I redistribute the financials to my own customers?

Subscription plans cover internal use inside your own organisation. Embedding the data in a product you sell, or passing it to third parties, needs a redistribution licence — that's a conversation with our team, not a checkout box.

Can I get a bulk download instead of using the API?

Yes, though not on a subscription plan. Bulk files with scheduled refreshes are priced separately against the markets, history depth and update frequency you need. Tell us the shape of it and we'll quote.

Can I see the data before I subscribe?

The data dictionary shows every field the API returns, and the sample file lets you run it through your own pipeline before you spend anything. If you need a specific set of companies tested against your matching logic, ask — we'd rather you validate coverage up front than churn in month two.
